2. Recharge of SprayAM Wallet

2.1. The purchase of wallet tokens through our mobile app downloaded from https://sprayam.com is governed by our Terms of Sale.

3. Placing an Order

7. Our Liability

7.1 We will not be liable for any color shades. 7.2 We will not be liable for any consequential loss. 7.3 We will not be liable for any damage to buttons, zips, and other similar parts 7.4 If any existing damage to the Item at the time of collection; 7.5 We will not be responsible to you for any loss or damage that is foreseeable.

8. Deleting Account

To delete your account, follow these steps:
1. Open the App: Launch the app on your Mobile device.
2. Navigate to the Settings: Tap on the bottom 4th icon to open the app menu.
3. Select "Delete Account": Find and tap on the "Delete Account" option in the menu.
4. Confirm Your Request: Follow the prompts to confirm your request to delete your account.

Important Information:

1. 30-Day Deletion Period: Once you request account deletion, we will process your request within 30 days. During this period, we encourage you to use up or withdraw any remaining wallet balance.
2. Data Deletion: Upon deletion, we will remove all personal data associated with your account, including your mobile number and email address.
3. Data Retention: While personal data will be deleted, we will retain information related to wallet recharges for accounting and legal purposes.
4. Retention Period: After the 30-day period, your personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers, except for the retained wallet recharge information.
